Mind-blowing location, apartments were spotless, staff were super amazing, especially Anna, and Netflix access.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The apartments were spotless and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool area, which was always clean and never overcrowded. We also enjoyed being within a 15-minute walk of Fariones Sports Center, where we had a blast playing various sports and games. We can't wait to come back next year!

For dads, it would be great to have a larger pool for kids.

I was happy with hotel's quiet and great location in the old town. The staff was excellent and accommodating, everything was perfect. Location: the venue was close to restaurants and shops and many bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was relaxing.

The staff helped us and were attentive. The hotel was in a central setting close to everything you could want. Besides, it was near to restaurants and shops as well as the main centre and beach.

The kitchen in our apartment had all the necessary facilities, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. Parking was easily accessible nearby, which was a big plus for us. The location of the resort was great, not far from the shore and entertainment areas, yet still peaceful and calm. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool, although small, was clean and well-kept, providing a refreshing spot to relax.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment complex in Puerto del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. The complex was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views from our upstairs room were breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the mountains and sea. The rooms were small but clean, and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with a short walk to both the new town and the old town, where we found plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. I highly recommend this apartment complex for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Puerto del Carmen.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for me and a welcome card from the friendly staff. The place was fully booked, but there were plenty of sun beds available and the other guests were quiet and friendly. The cleaning service was exceptional, and the pool and grounds were spotless. The staff was always ready to assist with any needs, such as providing maps, directions, and arranging taxis. my stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
